DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES

Our school offers online courses making it convenient for busy individuals to attain or maintain a real estate license. This method allows students to complete a course at their own pace.

All of the course material is available online so a textbook is not needed; however, we do have real estate textbooks available for purchase at the office. If you should have any course related questions, please feel free to call to speak with a certified instructor. Our knowledgeable instructors will offer clarification and guidance to help you throughout the course.

A final exam is required for all courses except continuing education. Exams are proctored in our office during business hours and can be scheduled with the School Administrator upon completion of the course. Certification will be submitted electronically to AMP or GREC, depending on the type of course completed.
