CLASSROOM COURSE

Our school offers a 12-week classroom course meeting the requirements for the Georgia Real Estate Sales Pre-license. In addition, we offer our students a chance to take a cram course, which helps to prepare them for the final and state exam. This course is offered through registration only and at an additional cost. Contact the school for more details.
Our July class is currently underway! The next course is tentatively scheduled to begin on September 8th (final course for 2009) with classes meeting Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 10:00 at Armstrong Atlantic State University. Tuition is $450, which includes textbook, final/retake exam and course material.
Please stop by our office Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. & 5 p.m. to obtain an enrollment application or click on the link above. Applications will not be accepted without payment and must be received by 1 p.m. on 9/4. If we do not meet our minimum attendance requirement then we will have no choice but to cancel. DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES

Our school offers online courses making it convenient for busy individuals to attain or maintain a Real Estate license. This method allows students to complete the course at their own pace.
All of the course material is available online so a textbook is not needed; however, we do have real estate textbooks available for purchase at the office. You can feel confident in knowing that if you should have any questions during the course you may call to speak with one of our knowledgeable instructors for clarification or guidance.
A final exam is required for all courses except continuing education. Exams are proctored in our office during business hours and can be scheduled with the School Administrator upon completion of the course.
