Warner is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BSA Degree.  He obtained his Real Estate license in 1984 while operating Houston Pest Control Service in Savannah. Warner and his family moved to Wilmington Park in 1968, where they still reside.  

Warner is a Charter member and Past President of Wilmington Island Lions Club.  A charter member of the Tybee Lite Shrine Club and member of the Clown unit of the Alee Temple.  He is Past Master of Thunderbolt Lodge 693 and past president of the Georgia pest Control Association. Warner retired from the Structural Pest Control business, having sold his business in 1996. Warner is a graduate of the Graduate Real Estate Institute and received his Associate Brokers License in 2001. 

Having been a resident of Savannah since 1968, Warner is familiar with all areas of Chatham, Effingham, and Bryan Counties. Warner has marketed homes and land in all these counties.
